  • Whale Shark season between March and May
  • Large Pelagics and schools of jacks, bumphead parrotfish, scads…
  • Macro paradise of shrimps, crabs, juvenile fish, nudibranchs, jawfish...
  • Jetty perfect for snorkeling during sunset

  • Spacious and roomy chalets

Day 1 : Sandakan - Lankayan Island

Take a 75 mins boat ride from Sandakan jetty to Lankayan Island, a jewel of the Sulu Sea.

The resort features wooden and roomy seafront chalets. Experience this secluded island where there are no other inhabitants except for you and other guests. Depending on the Divemaster's schedule, you will commence 1 boat dive in the afternoon.

Day 2 : Dive Lankayan Island

Have a light breakfast and you are off to 3 boat dives today. Your dive guide will advise on schedule and dive sites. Dive sites in Lankayan are within minutes reach. Explore the wrecks or the famous Jawfish Lair!

Day 3 : Dive Lankayan Island

You will also have 3 boat dives today. Your dive guide will advise on schedule and dive sites.

Day 4 : Dive Lankayan Island

Same as Day 2 and 3. If you are flying the next day, we recommend you skip the 3rd dive. Try Kayaking around the island during sunset.

Day 5 : Lankayan Island - Sandakan/Sepilok/Airport

Early morning transfer back to Sandakan, Sepilok or the airport (There must be a 24 hours no-fly period after your last dive). We recommend to stay at least one night in Sepilok where you can visit the Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre or Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary.
